position : Senior IT Manager
Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior IT Manager to lead the IT department within a construction organization of 800+ employees. This role is responsible for overseeing IT operations, managing enterprise systems, and ensuring that JDEdwards Enterprise One (E-One) ERP, Microsoft applications, and IT infrastructure effectively support business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, expertise in ERP system management, cloud solutions, and cyber security, and the ability to drive digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications :
🎯 Education & Experience:

Responsibilities
- Oversee all legal matters of the company, including providing legal advice on business operations, contract management, and legal risk prevention.
- Draft, review, and provide legal advice on contracts in both Thai and English, such as construction contracts, subcontractor agreements, joint venture agreements, and consultancy agreements.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in legal practice, with at least 3–5 years in the construction or large-scale project industry.

Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and standards.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion of audits.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close process, including the preparation and review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.

- Prepare Weekly Report.
- Lead Weekly Meeting.
- Lead Coordination Internal Meeting.
- Manage and control the progress and quality of the Model and Shop Drawings.
- Manage RFI matters related to or affecting construction plans.
- Analyze and find solutions to problems in cases where models and construction plans are delayed.

Responsibilities :
- Manage and organize various investor engagement activities, including conference calls, road shows, company visits, and spin-off meetings.
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of annual reports and other required filings with regulatory authorities, such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
- Collaborate with the team to prepare presentations and materials for management, investors, analysts, and financial institutions.
- Monitor and analyze analyst reports and industry news, providing summarized information to senior management.
- Respond promptly to investor queries, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.

Responsibilities :
- Oversee the administration of construction projects for various agencies to ensure strict compliance with contractual obligations, particularly in relation to project timelines, work valuation, and payment approvals.
- Act as a specialist advisor in risk mitigation and entitlement claims, providing strategic guidance to agencies and ensuring that contract administration for each project is carried out with the highest level of efficiency.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of construction contracts to identify potential risk factors, and collaborate with project managers from respective agencies in formulating comprehensive management plans from the project inception stage.
- Proactively alert project managers to address root causes of delays when project delivery schedules are impacted, especially when delays affect critical path activities, by referencing contractual project schedules.
- Establish preventive measures to manage risks in cases of unresolvable delays, with careful consideration of the underlying causes. If the delays result from force majeure or are attributable to the employer or their representatives, provide formal recommendations on procedures for claiming time extensions and cost compensations.
- Supervise the administration of contractual documentation during project close-out by convening a Project Completion Meeting with all relevant stakeholders, to ensure comprehensive closure of all contractual risks upon project completion.

Responsibilities :
- Prepare profit and loss summary reports, along with revenue forecasts and overall company performance plans related to construction operations; present analytical performance reports from multiple perspectives to relevant parties for corrective actions.
- Set timelines and monitor the preparation of CVC and FTC reports from departments, ensuring accuracy in accordance with the company’s standard procedures and submission within specified deadlines.
- Apply professional knowledge to verify project revenue recognition and the accrual-based cost entries in CVC reports from departments; provide guidance and consulting to minimize reporting errors.
- Review and ensure accuracy of Variation Order (VO) Schedules submitted by departments, in compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Prepare consolidated monthly profit and loss reports for all projects, following the prescribed format and timeline.
- Generate consolidated FTC reports to forecast company revenue and gross margin, and provide data to the accounting department for inclusion in company financial statements.
- Analyze risks associated with change orders in construction projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. A Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance is preferable.
- 3–5 years of experience on construction project sites and a minimum of 3 years in a Quantity Surveyor (QS) role. An accounting background or strong numerical sense is preferable.
