Key Projects Awarded in January 2017

IKEA Pick Up & Ordering Point (PUP) Renovation, Phuket
IKEA Thailand has awarded Christiani & Nielsen (Thai) Public Company Limited the contract
to design & construct the Structural, Architectural and MEP works for the renovation of their
existing PUP, totalling approximately 2,200 sq.m. of floor space.

Mega Home in Chiang Rai
Mega Home Center Co., Ltd., a market leader of center supplies comprehensive furnishings,
awarded Christiani & Nielsen (Thai) Public Company Limited the contract to design and construct
their New MegaHome Store in Chiang Rai.

Chia Tai New Head Office
Chia Tai Co., Ltd., the parent company of a famous agri-business conglomerate in Thailand,
awarded Christiani & Nielsen (Thai) Public Company Limited the construction works of a new
15-storey office building in a prime location on Sukhumvit 60 in Bangkok. The building, with height
a height of 71m, includes a scope of works comprising of Structural and Architectural works with
an underground water tank and fire water tank and has a total floor area of 17,730 sq.m.

Highway Overpass
The Department of Highways awarded Christiani & Nielsen (Thai) Public Company Limited
the contract to construct an 9 overpass bridges including 2.5km of road and includes relevant M&E
and road incidental works at Highway Route No. 11&12 (Indochina-Intersection)
between Km. 238+000 to Km.240+500 on Highway Route No. 12, located in Phitsanulok.
