Forestias Project, North Plot Mixed-Use,
Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC), an international property developer, awarded us a contract of Mixed-Use Buildings for their Forestias Project. It comprises of a 8-storey with 3 basements of Retails Building (N1), a 16-storey with 3 basements of Retails & Office Building (N2), a 5-storey with 3 basements of Retails Building (N3), a 2-storey Sales Gallery (S1), Marquees and external work, located in Bang Phli, Samut Prakan province. The scope of works comprises of Structural, Architectural and MEP works.
